Job Summary
Oversee multiple irrigation installation teams, leading projects to completion while managing materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Provide day-to-day operational scheduling, train staff on installation techniques and safety standards, and counsel employees on performance and growth. Coordinate job pre-walks and turn-over meetings, maintain project files, and assist with time and material estimates. Monitor costs, order materials, and ensure adherence to established budgets and quality control protocols. Communicate directly with clients to provide excellent service and address project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within the irrigation services, landscape installation or landscape maintenance industries
- Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud-based and computerized Irrigation Controller systems
- Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices
- Strong knowledge of conventional irrigation systems and proficiency in 2-wire system diagnostics and repair
- Customer service and client-focused
- Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications including MS Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record check
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
