Job Summary
Lead irrigation installation, repair, maintenance, and field operations for residential and commercial properties. Supervise and guide irrigation crews on job sites, conduct property walkthroughs, diagnose issues, and develop repair, upgrade, and installation recommendations. Perform and oversee trenching, pipe installation, valve repair, clock/timer programming, drip systems, and irrigation upgrades while ensuring safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate daily schedules and resource usage; train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures; maintain accurate logs and field reports in HubSpot or similar platforms. Identify and communicate sales opportunities to the Sales team and assist customers in closing sales when appropriate. Maintain receipts and records for job costing and assist with P&L statements. Requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of irrigation experience
- strong knowledge of irrigation systems, irrigation clocks, water management
- previous leadership or crew management experience preferred
- strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- ability to read irrigation plans and identify system deficiencies
- strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- comfortable using digital platforms, mobile applications, and reporting software
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- must pass MVR, DOT, QAL, and drug screening requirements
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
