Irrigation Administrative Coordinator

Irrigation Administrative Coordinator who will coordinate irrigation service appointments, schedule field visits for technicians, and manage daily routing to optimize operational efficiency. Serve as the primary customer contact for scheduling updates and general inquiries, provide excellent customer service while representing the Moon Valley Nurseries brand, and maintain accurate customer records and service requests in HubSpot or similar platforms. Assist with proposal preparation, work orders, invoicing support, and administrative documentation; communicate scheduling changes and priorities with irrigation technicians and leadership; monitor service requests for timely follow-up; support operational reporting and document organization; help maintain compliance records, permits, and licensing; coordinate cross-departmental communication between sales, operations, and irrigation field teams; and contribute to cost accounting and profitability tasks. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; proficient with digital tools and scheduling software; physically able to perform active, outdoor duties as needed.
