Job Summary
Conduct structural welding on steel and iron components, erect, align, and secure structural steel, and perform layout, fitting, and fabrication as required. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols while using hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Adhere to all safety regulations and job-site procedures. This long-term, full-time position in Mobile, AL requires willingness to travel for various projects and experience with MIG, FCAW, and Stick welding processes. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Iron Worker and/or Structural Welder
- Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings
- Experience with common welding processes (MIG, FCAW, Stick)
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
- Willingness to travel when project needs require
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
