Job Summary
Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts while assisting with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment. Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use, and help with equipment transport including trucks and trailers. Support projects and heavy haul operations across dynamic field and project sites, working day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed. Travel occasionally for field work and accommodate varying schedules, overtime, and remote locations. Gain hands-on experience in mechanical work and heavy transport within a team-driven culture focused on safety and problem-solving.
