Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of supervisors, coordinators, and technicians to support operations and achieve business goals. Develop monthly reports on internal inspection and audit performance while working with Supply Chain to establish KPIs and operating rhythms. Lead root cause analysis with vendors for iron-related failures to determine root causes and produce recommendations for process or equipment selection improvements. Maintain and improve the iron recertification process and standard in conjunction with leadership to minimize NPT. Conduct regular meetings with the leadership team to ensure consistency in teamwork. This role requires strong knowledge of FRAC flow iron, including seals and mechanical rebuild processes, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, and the position demands highly self-motivated individuals capable of working independently while delivering safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of FRAC flow iron including seals, mechanical rebuild process, and primary components, such as swivels, plug valves, check valves, wing to thread and other connections
- Strong knowledge of HSE
- Minimum Required Education: HS Diploma & 7-10 Years of Experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with FMC and Forum flow iron and SPM Safety Iron (preferred)
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint (preferred)
- Understanding of basic materials management principles such as minimum stock quantities, order quantities, etc. (preferred)
- SAP or similar ERP system experience (preferred)
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
