Job Summary
Provide Level I IT help desk support for onsite and remote end-users, including setting up or replacing workstations, documenting tasks, triaging and resolving tickets, coordinating with vendors to fix hardware, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and configuring Windows desktops/laptops and mobile devices for new hires. Utilize Microsoft 365 apps and Adobe Creative Suite, perform hardware troubleshooting for workstations and peripherals, and participate in IT management meetings and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
- +1 year of experience in IT help desk, support, or customer service
- Knowledge of any ticketing system
- Understanding of IT technology (hardware, Microsoft 365, Windows, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting (hardware, mobile devices, networking)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
