Job Summary
Provide nursing care in Sevita’s community-based settings for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing care plans, monitoring patients, providing clinical oversight, and training staff to ensure high-quality care. Collaborate with physicians and external medical centers, apply clinical skills to meet biological, physical, and behavioral needs, and use critical thinking and clinical judgment to advocate for patient wellbeing. Requires an accredited RN degree, current state RN license, and CPR/First Aid certification, with at least one year of nursing experience. Compensation is $41.00 per hour for full-time employment, with benefits and professional development opportunities. Location: Cedar Rapids, IA, in-person.
