Job Summary

Oversee on-site managers and daily operations of imaging services including Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, mammography, and related modalities. Develop and monitor standardized workflow processes to drive efficiency, throughput, and quality while optimizing scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet volume demands. Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities, productivity, and service line growth initiatives, utilizing performance metrics to monitor cost management and service outcomes. Manage daily productivity metrics, identify financial variances, and ensure appropriate charge capture and billing compliance. Maintain regulatory compliance with bodies such as Joint Commission and ACR, lead quality improvement initiatives, and provide direct leadership to modality managers and support personnel. Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members while serving as the primary administrative liaison to radiologists and OU leadership. Ensure consistent delivery of compassionate, timely imaging care and oversee service recovery efforts to improve patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in radiology, imaging services, or healthcare operations
  • Responsibility for multi-modality or multi-site operations
  • Operational improvement experience
  • Financial management experience
  • Productivity oversight experience
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Strong leadership and team building abilities
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Operational and financial acumen
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into action
  • Knowledge of Radiology technology, workflows, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards applicable to radiology and imaging services
  • Less than 10% of the time may be required (Travel)
  • Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Current licensure or professional certification relevant to area of clinical expertise, as applicable
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training
