Job Summary
Lead contract governance, performance management, and strategic delivery outcomes for a major maintenance and operations contract supporting critical motorway assets. Act as the primary client interface to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while overseeing budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of services by managing risks and driving accountability across operational, asset management, and support functions. Lead and coach a high-performing leadership team to champion a culture of Zero Harm and continuous improvement. This senior role involves partnering with Transurban to enhance the reliability of Australia's significant transport infrastructure network.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leader with experience managing complex infrastructure, maintenance or operational service contracts
- Combining strong commercial acumen with the ability to build relationships and drive performance
- Significant experience within transport infrastructure, road maintenance, asset-intensive services or complex contract environments
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams across operations, asset management, commercial and stakeholder functions
- Strong knowledge of contract management, commercial governance, financial management and performance-based service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, resolve complex issues and negotiate positive commercial outcomes
- Experience managing operational, safety, environmental and commercial risks within live service environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Asset Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
