Job Summary
Senior Clinical Project Manager leading clinical studies across regional/global trials, accountable for strategic planning and execution of studies to meet contract requirements, optimizing speed, quality and cost, while managing cross-functional teams, defining objectives for core project teams, maintaining relationships with customers, overseeing risk and change control, and driving continuous improvement using IQVIA solutions. Requires experience with Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic disease areas, bid defense participation, and ensuring financial success of projects with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field
- >7 years clinical research experience including 4 years project management experience
- Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with multi-regional/global studies
- Financial acumen and ability to manage project finances
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time with quality and within contract
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
