Job Summary
Integrated Product Team Leader for the Cyberscurity Avionic Backbone within the Flight Avionics line. Lead the development, IVV and industrialization activities for aeronautical products, integrating hardware calculator components with core software. Responsibilities include owning project objectives (planning, cost, quality), coordinating disciplines (hardware, software, industrial), organizing and tracking execution, prioritizing and uniting teams, engaging domain leaders to resolve issues, managing planning/finances/resources, and communicating progress to stakeholders and the client. Apply the DDQS process and adjust business plans; arbitrate constraints to ensure solution maturity. Required: at least 10 years in hardware/software product development, strong aeronautics software/hardware development or validation experience, exposure to embedded avionics, and knowledge of DO297/ARP4754A would be a plus. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design and development of products involving hardware and embedded software (ima)
- Experience in the aeronautics domain with development and/or validation of embedded avionics software/hardware (DAL A/B ideally)
- Experience with avionic development processes and DO297, ARP4754A would be a plus
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, industrial) and managing project planning, finances and resources
- Ability to communicate progress to stakeholders and represent the project to clients
- Familiarity with DDQS process and product maturity
