Job Summary
Manage logistical responsibilities for the IPS product line, including frequent travel to support surgical cases, trade shows, and customer on-site locations. Assist the team with cross-references, package and ship products, and resolve urgent shipping delays. Support daily activities by identifying travel needs, working with external vendors, and organizing trips to field locations, cadaver labs, and sales meetings. Educate customers and employees on product innovations, assembly, and maintenance while staying current on competitive offerings and standard of care. Help create customer-centered marketing strategies and strategic documents to drive revenue and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn Salesforce.com
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn SAP
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn Excel
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn Word
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn PowerPoint
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn Outlook
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn Wrike
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn Concur
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn Paycom
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn iOS iPad & iPhone
- Potential for 35% or more travel
- Must be able to travel frequently to support surgical cases
- Must be able to participate in trade shows as assigned
- Must be able to perform In-service, maintain, sell, and present on all IPS products and associated software
- Must be able to Retrieve and Interpret Documents
- Must be able to Know the Quality Policy & Safety Program
- Must be able to Report Product Complaints and Adverse Events
- Must be able to Understand and Follow Off-Indication regulations
- Must be able to Understand KLS Martin Non-Disclosure Agreements and when to execute them
- Must be able to Understand government regulations and company policy on customer expense related activities
- Must be able to Complete Hospital Credentialing where necessary to perform essential duties
- Must be able to Organize trips to field locations as a product expert

- Ability to Apply your clinical and technical knowledge to explain key product differences & innovations through education and marketing material
- Ability to Educate employees in the assembly, use, and maintenance of assigned product(s)
- Ability to Work with the shipping team to resolve urgent matters related to FedEx and UPS shipping delays
- Ability to Assist with Product Modification Requests (PMR) or Product Variation Requests (PVR)
- Ability to Package & Ship products to the office or other field locations
- Ability to Help create customer centered marketing strategies for your products
- Ability to Help develop strategic marketing documents
- Ability to Assist in the management of the IPS product line
- Ability to Increase the profitability of IPS products through excellent customer knowledge, rep/surgeon support, and assisting the creation of business plans, marketing material, and education
- Ability to Spend time in the market to truly understand your customers, how they interact with our products, what they value, what challenges they face, and how we can create innovative solutions for the broader market
- Ability to Assist with strategic projects and discussions with customers, the sales team, in-house departments, and partner companies to drive revenue
- Ability to Assist in the logistical responsibilities of the IPS product line
- Ability to Develop business and technical knowledge and demonstrate a high degree of work ethic in the accomplishment of assigned goals
