Job Summary
Supervise and mentor IPS employment specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations while monitoring staff caseloads and outcomes to ensure quality service delivery. Lead team meetings, coordinate schedules, and develop personalized employment and education plans that align with supported employment principles. Build employer relationships through targeted outreach and facilitate accommodations, while guiding clients through benefits decisions and job retention strategies. Create job support plans incorporating treatment team input and conduct community outreach initiatives. Establish partnerships with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and participate in the Colorado IPS Learning Community. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of relevant experience including two in supervision, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, business administration, or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- A valid driver's license
- Current insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Demonstrated experience with IPS model implementation
