Job Summary
Support and motivate individuals in drug and alcohol recovery to access, obtain, and sustain paid employment using the Individual Placement and Support model. Regularly meet with clients to listen, offer support, help identify job matches, and assist with CV production, interview techniques, and health management at work. Advocate for clients by educating employers regarding the IPS service and sourcing opportunities through regular contact with local community employers. Promote employment expectations and break down barriers for service users while managing health at work. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 65% community work and includes work-from-home options for admin tasks. A valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance are essential, with mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile. The position offers a salary of £32,073 per annum for 37.5 hours per week.
