Individual Employment Service Specialist to develop personalized employment plans, connect participants with employers, collaborate with mental health and substance abuse providers, and coach individuals toward employment and independence. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or 2 years of similar experience may be substituted for each year of education)
- At least 2 years of related experience in providing employment services
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence in making decisions and solving problems
- A positive attitude that motivates others
- Ability to handle private information with care
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Comfort using computers for daily work
