Job Summary
Lead and coordinate a team of IPS Employment Specialists to provide vocational rehabilitation services for individuals receiving Benefit Coaching Services. Hire staff, conduct performance evaluations, and guide the team to meet IPS Fidelity standards. Manage program metrics including participant tracking, annual budget planning, and reporting to DEED. Facilitate communication with treatment teams, county personnel, and VRS; deliver IPS training, oversee field mentoring, and participate in Fidelity Reviews and IPS Steering Committee meetings. Support benefit coaching caseload planning related to benefits and work, and ensure compliance with ADA and fidelity standards while maintaining regional travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human services related field plus one year of full-time work
- Associate’s Degree in a human services related field plus two years of full-time work
- Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution plus three years of full-time work
- Four years of full-time work experience under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications listed above and a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities
- The individual must also have at least two years of supervisory, budget, and program management experience
