Job Summary
IPM Technician at Pest-End responsible for applying Integrated Pest Management strategies to effectively control pests while minimizing environmental impact. Primary duties include identifying pests and infestation levels, applying chemical and non-chemical treatments safely, monitoring pest activity, maintaining equipment, documenting detailed service reports, educating clients on pest behavior and preventive measures, participating in ongoing training, responding to emergency pest situations, and collaborating with the IPM team to ensure high-quality service. Must have a valid driver’s license, a state pesticide applicators license (or be provided training and certification), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
