Job Summary
IPM Technician for a multi-family pest management role in MA. Responsibilities center on delivering high-quality pest control service to customers, applying IPM principles, diagnosing pests across outdoor and indoor settings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication. The role emphasizes reliable, on-time performance, safety, and thoroughness in identifying pest issues, applying treatments, and maintaining equipment.
