Job Summary
Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring and scouting to ensure optimal plant health. Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaning agents according to protocols while maintaining up-to-date logs. Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM product applications, including beneficial bugs, and coordinate schedules with the IPM Supervisor. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to uphold quality standards through documented follow-up inspections. This role supports Curaleaf's cultivation of premium cannabis products across medical and adult-use markets. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in environments with elevated temperatures, humidity, and CO2 levels.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work on feet or seated for extended periods
- Adaptability and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to handle potential allergens, irritants, and elevated environmental conditions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for 100 feet
- Close visual focus required
- Ability to work in an environment exposed to plant materials and strong odors
