Job Summary
IPM Technician responsible for implementing IPM protocols across the cultivation facility, including grow rooms, Veg/Nursery, and post-harvest areas. Responsibilities include pest and disease identification, safe preparation and application of pesticides and biological control agents, regular scouting and data collection, documentation and reporting of treatments and outcomes, collaboration with cultivation teams, and strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance in cannabis cultivation. Must meet age requirement and pass drug and physical exams as part of the interview process; general education testing is required for assessing plant height.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Familiarity with IPM practices, pest identification, and pesticide applications
- Adherence to PPE requirements, including lab coats (if required), coveralls, masks, and gloves
- Ability to successfully pass a drug test and physical examination
- Completion of a basic general education test focused on nutrient measuring, comprehension, and basic measurements (feet and inches) required for assessing plant height
