Job Summary
IPM Technician position in Natick, MA with Pest-End. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-service-driven professional to service customers and communities as part of a growing pest management team. Responsibilities center on pest control services, problem-solving insects and rodents, maintaining safety and quality, and delivering positive customer interactions from initial greeting to checkout. Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- State pesticide applicators license or ability to obtain with paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass the pre-employment background check
- Ability to work full-time, with overtime during busy season
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders
- Reliability and strong customer service orientation
