Job Summary
Support the Private Banker team in relationship management for ultra-high net worth clients by assisting with acquiring new clients, servicing existing ones, and managing investment portfolios. Prepare account reviews, coordinate client pitches and meeting agendas, and facilitate document collection and account openings. Complete due diligence on clients and key prospects, assist with regulatory requirements, and maintain status updates on the deal pipeline. Act as a trusted adviser by explaining strategy and product offerings to internal stakeholders and external clients while building a professional network to drive new client acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Russian AND English
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organization skills
- Good ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-player
- Strong and visible interest in the financial markets
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills - those who can use both qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze complex financial situations
- Initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects
- Excellent analytical, organizational, attention-to-detail, communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Some experience in the financial markets
