Job Summary
Lead IPB DDT Investment Implementation Product Manager to shape the digital product strategy and end-to-end journey for investment trading. Define strategy, operating model and roadmap to meet business goals, partner with developers and UX designers to deliver an intuitive, differentiated user experience, drive the product development lifecycle from requirements to tested code, pilot rollout of new capabilities, and leverage user data and KPIs to inform design and roadmap. Build deep relationships with delivery partners across the International Region and communicate effectively with senior leaders, Digital, Technology, Design, Operations, CAO, Servicing and control functions. Strong emphasis on customer-obsession and delivering value in trading, brokerage and discretionary products, with experience leading multi-work-stream delivery and agile-informed product leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics or other related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management/Development, Strategy or Business Analyst role
- Experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or related transformational work
- Strong understanding of trading, brokerage and/or discretionary products
- Extensive experience managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines and priorities
- Experience launching new products to market
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and design techniques
- Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Ability to explain complex matters concisely
