Job Summary
VP-level Advisor Platform Product Manager within IPB Digital & Data Transformation leading the evolution of the Advisor platform with AI-enabled capabilities, partnering with Front Office stakeholders and global markets to deliver a scalable, enterprise-wide product strategy and roadmap for the International Private Bank. Responsibilities include defining strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features, leading end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with Technology and Design, embedding AI-driven insights to drive proactive client engagement, and maintaining relationships across senior leaders and control functions globally. Demonstrates customer obsession, strong leadership, and the ability to influence without authority in a matrixed, multi-market environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial services
- experience in private banking, digital banking, or related business
- ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple work streams
- ability to influence without authority
- strong communication and leadership skills
- experience delivering product management lifecycle across multiple work streams
- AI-first mindset and ability to embed intelligence into platform
- strong collaboration with Design, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and partner teams
- ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences
- self-motivated with decision-making under pressure
