Job Summary
Digital Concierge Specialist serving Private Banking clients with a focus on online experiences. Responsible for assisting high/ultra-high net worth clients with online tools, delivering digital training to advisors and client service specialists, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (advisors, product partners, operations) to ensure a seamless online experience. Must fluently communicate in Spanish, lead client outreach to drive adoption of digital tools, troubleshoot login/navigation issues across website, mobile app, and tablet via calls/Zoom, provide detailed demos of the digital tools, handle inquiries via email/Zoom, work with LatAm & GFG Management, and manage projects related to website enhancements and user acceptance testing (UAT). Strong online, systems, communication, and presentation skills are essential; experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and delivering training to internal and external clients is required.
