Job Summary
IPB Digital Concierge Specialist is the primary contact for online needs of Private Banking clients, assisting high/ultra-high net worth clients with online experiences, delivering digital training to advisors and client service specialists. Collaborates with advisors, client service associates, product partners, and operations to deliver a seamless Private Banking online experience. Requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, with fluency in Chinese/Mandarin. Responsibilities include driving adoption of digital tools, assisting clients with login/navigation issues on website/app/tablet, providing detailed system demos to internal/external clients, handling inquiries via email/Zoom, supporting LatAm & GFG Management, managing tickets related to JPMorgan Private Banking and Digital Products, and managing projects including website enhancements and User Acceptance Tests.
