Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the accounting platform re-platforming initiative for IPB, translating business requirements into JIRA stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating across Asia and Geneva, developing detailed project plans, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for requirements workshops, backlog grooming, and prioritization; defining and executing comprehensive test strategies (functional, integration, UAT) with QA teams; managing risks and ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance. Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders in Asia and Geneva, providing regular status updates and alignment on goals and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform re-platforming or transformation projects
- Strong expertise in JIRA story writing, requirements gathering, and backlog management
- Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and tools
- Understanding of deposit products and accounting processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
