iPaaS Integration Analyst / Digitalization Assistant

Job Summary
Design and implement integration workflows on the Workato platform based on defined functional and technical specifications, ensuring proper error handling and logging mechanisms. Perform functional testing of workflows, validate data transfer accuracy, and monitor integration performance while conducting root cause analysis for misalignments. Produce clear, structured technical documentation and maintain an updated knowledge base of integration use cases. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SaaS platform owners, and the IT team to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and familiarity with iPaaS platforms like Workato. Candidates must be willing to work on shifting schedules during morning or mid-shift PH time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with or strong interest in iPaaS platforms (ideally Workato; Zapier, Make, or similar platforms are also relevant)
- Good understanding of APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and relational database concepts
- Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation and API references
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules: Morning or mid-shift PH time
Desired Qualifications
- Basic scripting or logic-building skills are a plus
