IPA Consultative Coder

IPA Consultative Coder at Humana’s CenterWell Senior Primary Care. In a hybrid role with occasional travel within the assigned market, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care by delivering coding and documentation education to providers and clinic staff, conducting documentation audits to identify gaps and opportunities, performing quarterly chart reviews to support coding accuracy and documentation completeness, and reinforcing coding and documentation best practices to improve value-based care outcomes.
