Maintain attorney docketing to monitor PTO and client deadlines, ensuring timely action on all case files. Prepare client reporting letters while staying current on U.S. filing procedures and firm protocols. This role requires five years of IP legal secretarial experience and strong communication skills to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal direction. Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in an IP legal secretarial role
- Experience and/or education in patent prosecution
