Manage trademark renewal processes by handling data verification, double-checking and correcting records, and maintaining supporting documentation. Conduct customer responses and notifications, manage payments and billing, and coordinate with agents for necessary paperwork. Perform monthly data verification and updates while adhering to a 9-to-6 schedule Monday through Friday in Seoul. After the initial three-month evaluation period, remote work two to three times weekly is permitted based on company policy.
