Job Summary
IP Project Manager role overseeing end-to-end lifecycle management of automotive IP licensing and entrusted development projects. Responsibilities include coordinating internal R&D resources, managing milestone plans, tracking progress, ensuring contractual compliance, aligning requirements with internal commercial/IP management teams and external partners, verifying deliverables and licensing scope, and mitigating project risks. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, structured milestone planning, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale IP commercialization projects across borders. Hybrid working arrangement between base location and home; Coventry, UK based with full lifecycle project management focus and an emphasis on standardised, compliant delivery and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant full-lifecycle IP licensing, technology commercialisation project management roles
- Demonstrable track record of independently managing and delivering medium-to large scale projects with complete lifecycle control
