Job Summary
IP Litigation Paralegal providing direct support to a team of attorneys in all phases of complex intellectual property litigation, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings and discovery, assisting with document review and production, managing deadlines and calendars, coordinating with clients and outside vendors, and assisting with trial preparation and witness organization, with limited travel for trials (generally 1-2 times per year).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation
- IP experience preferred but not required for highly qualified candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite
