IP Litigation Manager

Lead IP litigation from inception to resolution, collaborating with internal teams, outside counsel, and technical experts on patent disputes within a global high-tech environment. Coordinate efforts across US, Germany, China, and UPC jurisdictions while managing multiple cases simultaneously to ensure timely and effective resolution. Communicate complex legal issues clearly to business stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. This Strategist-level role reports directly to the Director of IP Litigation and requires a J.D. with current US bar membership and 6+ years of IP litigation experience. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of working two days per week from an HPE office in Reston, VA or King of Prussia, PA.
