Job Summary
IP Litigation Counsel leads high-stakes patent litigation and related matters, driving strategy, outcomes, and budgets with independent judgment; manages staffing and outside counsel, including strategy, fee arrangements, and performance accountability; oversees budgets for matters in scope with forecasting, accruals, reserves, and executive-level reporting; handles complex patent litigation, expert-driven cases, and related commercial disputes and government investigations through all phases including trial.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7+ years of litigation experience with progressive responsibility for complex, high-stakes matters
- Demonstrated trial experience, including trying cases to verdict
- Proven experience leading complex patent litigation matters, including technically complex, expert-driven cases
- Strong judgment and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
