Job Summary

Review and triage high-volume correspondence from clients, foreign counsel, and IP offices, forwarding items to Black Hills as appropriate. Analyze materials to docket new actions, update matters, and close completed tasks while ensuring timely routing to attorneys and staff for critical deadlines. Maintain accurate, detailed docket entries, review Black Hills reporting including IDS actions, and resolve data discrepancies within the CPi system. Process de-docketing requests, manage file transfers, and support reporting, audits, and data quality initiatives. This role requires a minimum of three years of IP docketing experience, proficiency in CPi, and strong analytical skills to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Required Qualifications
