IP Admin SME role in Noida requiring docketing and de-docketing of patent and trademark documents in IPMS, coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, law firms and clients, ensuring deadlines, audits and quality checks, and training new joiners. Candidates should have 4+ years IP experience, a bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, IPMS knowledge, and ability to work in a cross-functional team with client-centric focus.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Com / BBA / BCA / BA with minimum 50% aggregate
- Minimum 4 years of IP experience
- IP Knowledge (Patent & Trademark) and IPMS experience
- Experience in setting and conducting Audits, team huddles
- Strong written & verbal communication and research skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- IPMS product knowledge and familiarity with 3rd party IP databases
- Docketing and de-docketing of patent/trademark related documents
- Effective communication with Attorneys, Paralegals, Law firms, foreign agents, and clients
- Ability to maintain data integrity in IPMS and meet PTO/client deadlines
- Training/mentoring new joiners; conducting refresher trainings
- Quality checks and PTO audits
- Address customer requests and resolve issues
- Adherence to deadlines and process documentation
