Job Summary
Knock on dozens of doors daily to talk with voters about pollution, cancer risks, and ways to get involved. Log data in our voter outreach tool and collect petition signatures to advance our key issues. This 20-39 hour per week contract position runs through November 3, 2026, with a salary of $25/hr. Candidates must demonstrate commitment to our core values of justice and equity, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Commitment to Food & Water Watch's core values of justice, human dignity, fair treatment, and equity.
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse racial, ethnic, class, age, gender, and sexual orientation backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proof of vaccination or a waiver for COVID-19.
