Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans for members managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms while maintaining clear documentation in the electronic medical record system, supported by an AI-powered clinical scribe. Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary environment and participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all applicable state licensure standards. Requires an active Iowa LISW, LMFT, or LMHC license and experience in outpatient or telehealth settings. Full-time role with a salary of $60,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience, including comprehensive benefits and remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following Iowa licenses: LISW, LMFT, or LMHC, as well as your state of residence if it is not Iowa
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
