Job Summary
Coordinate technical tasks for custom development projects and manage solution releases to clients using our GNSS and GPS tracking devices. Propose ways to incorporate these devices into fleet management, car sharing, and logistics use cases while troubleshooting technical issues and consulting clients via ticketing systems and meetings. Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and project-management teams to ensure on-time delivery, and travel to client sites to support direct device implementation. Guide colleagues and customers by preparing wiki documentation and providing training. Fluently communicate with global and Japanese corporations across vehicle-telematics fields.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in telecommunications, electronics, informatics, engineering, or a related field, or previous work experience in a technical or engineering role
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English
- An analytical and creative mindset for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- A valid driver's licence for passenger vehicles in Japan
