Job Summary
Build and ship high-quality iOS features using Swift for BJAK's insurance, payments, claims, and financial services. Integrate backend APIs, optimize performance metrics like crash rates and battery efficiency, and leverage AI-assisted capabilities to enhance user experiences. Collaborate with product managers and designers to simplify complex user journeys while maintaining application stability across Southeast Asia. Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and continuous improvement of the mobile platform.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift
- Strong experience building and maintaining production iOS applications
- Solid understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await and modern iOS architecture patterns
- Strong knowledge of mobile UX, usability, accessibility and user-centered design
- Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed engineering team
- Strong ownership, fast execution and attention to product quality
