Job Summary

IOPE Brand/Trade Marketing Manager role responsible for leading the U.S. marketing strategy across product launches, brand campaigns, retail marketing, and seasonal planning. Partners with global and local teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue; owns go-to-market strategy for new product launches; leads channel-specific marketing across online and in-store retail partners; collaborates with Sales, Retail, Digital, and Creative to execute campaigns and asset localization; tracks performance KPIs and delivers actionable insights. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business and 5–7+ years in brand marketing within beauty/skincare/consumer goods, with strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience with U.S. retail landscape (Sephora, Ulta, Amazon) is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of brand marketing experience in beauty/skincare/consumer goods
  • Proven experience leading campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Clear communicator and collaborators across departments and cultures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for skincare and beauty
