Job Summary
Provide validation in a warm, safe environment to keep clients motivated while eliminating neutralizing behaviors through clinical interventions and skill development. Oversee psychotherapeutic treatments for OCD and other disorders, including case conceptualization, treatment plan creation, crisis planning, and comprehensive documentation. Plan and implement evidence-based lesson plans for group and individual settings, manage client scheduling, and collaborate with the Behavioral Health Technicians team to address treatment concerns and customer service issues. Maintain all written progress notes within caseload capacity and actively participate in creating high client satisfaction while managing potential grievances. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure treatment fidelity and operational safety.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed therapist
- Evening hours
- In-Person, Monday to Friday from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D, Psy.D.
- Current and unrestricted state licensure

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in mental health position
- OCD and anxiety experience
