Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for the Phlebotomy Solutions team, ensuring excellence in patient care, phlebotomy services, and administrative compliance. Conduct regular quality checks on patient coordination, specimen documentation, and communication logs, specifically within the MPX platform. Supervise and mentor a team of phlebotomists across designated locations, handling recruitment, onboarding, and training while overseeing supply chain needs. Assist with audit coordination, onsite visit preparations, and shadowing staff to identify process improvements. Partner with Field Sales, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to resolve issues and disseminate best practices during team meetings. This role requires up to 50% travel for audits and site visits, with a high school diploma and five years of phlebotomy experience as minimum qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy Certificate
- Remote setting with required travel (up to 50%) for audits, site visits, and team support
- Must follow clinical safety standards and wear appropriate attire, including scrubs, when on-site
