IOP Counselor - LMSW, LADAC II

Job Summary
Conduct admissions using ASAM criteria, review assessments for eligibility, and deliver evidence-based counseling including Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT for a minimum of 3 hours daily. Provide supportive individual sessions, crisis intervention, and transitional counseling while developing clinical documentation to meet regulatory and billing standards. Collaborate with clinical teams and case managers to ensure program operations, engage referral partners to build awareness, and assist patients in identifying underlying health conditions. Uphold professionalism and confidentiality while complying with federal, state, and accrediting body requirements.
Required Qualifications
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LADAC I (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor I)
- LADAC II (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
- enrolled in or willing to begin a formal course of study toward licensure at the date of hire
