Job Summary
IOP Clinician at OCD Anxiety Centers with evenings and in-person scheduling M-F 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. Responsibilities include providing validation and clinical interventions in a warm environment, collaborating with the treatment team, maintaining documentation and treatment plans, overseeing psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and related disorders, planning and leading group and individual psychotherapy sessions, utilizing de-escalation and crisis management techniques, and adhering to company policies. Requires a licensed therapist with a Master's degree or higher, relevant licensure, strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in evidence-based practices (CBT/DBT) and mental health treatment. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist
- Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D, Psy.D.
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
