Job Summary
Perform complex multi-modality intraoperative Neurodiagnostic studies in the operative environment under occasional guidance. Review planned procedures and orders to determine structures at risk relative to patient history and pre-existing conditions. Collect pertinent data for test result interpretation and mentor students as assigned by the Team Leader. Serve as the departmental point of contact during Team Leader absence, providing daily logistical and technical direction. Requires Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring and two years of relevant experience. Fulltime day shift with rotating weekend and weekday on-call.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring - American Board of Registration of Eletoencephalograpic and Evoked Potential Technologists
- 2 years Relevant Work Experience
- Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
