ION implant Operator

Job Summary
Operate ion implanter machines to introduce specific ions (e.g., arsenic, boron, phosphorus) into wafers to alter electrical properties. Set up, calibrate, and monitor process parameters (voltage, current, temperature, vacuum) to ensure correct ion implantation and maintain strict adherence to quality standards and 5S/quality-system guidelines. Maintain detailed equipment performance records, troubleshoot machinery and processes, and collaborate with process engineers, manufacturing teams, and vendors to optimize performance. Follow site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. requirements (including ITAR/EAR compliance). Be capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and working within a team in a manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience, or 1 year of ion implantation experience

- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, or protected individual)
