Job Summary
Solution Delivery Leader – Manufacturing Execution and Quality Systems leads end-to-end MES strategy and delivery across a global manufacturing network. Responsible for architecture, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of MES capabilities in a hybrid, multi-site environment, balancing COTS, custom, and in-house solutions. Drives AI-enabled MES workflows, implements IT/OT security and governance, and champions a digital-thread approach with operator-focused experiences. Builds and leads a globally distributed team and a multi-vendor ecosystem, ensures collaboration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT/OT security, and data & AI leadership, and communicates value to executives. Travel ~20–30% is expected. Requires 10+ years in manufacturing IT/OT, hands-on MES experience, and a Bachelor's in CS or Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in manufacturing IT/OT with MES experience
- experience with MES platforms (e.g., Critical Manufacturing, AVEVA, TrackSys, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Proficy, iBASEt, Tulip)
- hands-on experience with AI/ML in manufacturing (MLOps, GenAI)
- ISA-95 / ISA-88 knowledge; SECS/GEM, OPC UA, APC/FDC, R2R, recipe management, dispatching/RTD, traceability; SAP integration patterns
- modern cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), containers, Kafka, MQTT Sparkplug B
- PMP / SAFe / TOGAF certifications preferred
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Fluent English
